SERVICE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

UCA collaborates with new and existing providers, desiring to design and/or audit adult and childcare businesses, and develop plans that will ensure profitability, and effectively maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies and requirements.  UCA also partners with some of the most distinguished architects and landscapers to design exemplar services that exceed all industry and legislative requirements.  Our consulting team creates and  supports tactical business programs for new and existing entreprenuers in adult and childcare services. 

DEVELOPMENT

  • Assess plans and business operations to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

  • Develop business plans, service policies, procedures and forms, project managment

  • Prepare and submit Provider and Service Approvals

  • Provide advice with setting up management systems

  • Interview, appoint and train staff

  • Liaise with relevant government and regulatory bodies

  • Coordinate progressive and final inspection with builder

  • Coordinate final inspection with state regulatory authority

  • Recommend resources, furniture and equipment

EXISTING SERVICES

UCA works with existing services to renovate their buildings and outdoor spaces including for play, to increase their approval in capacity, and/or to introduce natural elements into in outdoor space.
